ITnovator successfully launched the GDMS(Global Delivery Monitoring system) website!
December 14th, 2009A Global Delivery Monitoring System (GDMS) online to track cargo, delivery and remittance service worldwide. The original business highly depended on manual process with outdated MS Access database. The ultimate objective was to take GDMS to the next level making it a SAAS (Software as a service), which is a model of business whereby a provider licenses an application to customers for use as a service on demand.
GDMS was an enterprise level project. It was challenging, motivating project and after much hard work, dedicating time and efforts, our team successfully delivered what the client needed resulting in a much improved online SAAS system with smoother workflow. Our team used AJAX technology to provide Rich Client work environment with more efficient user experience. Their requirement was to organize different level of privileges into Top Admin, Unit Admin, Staff and Customer. It is to allow one administrator to manage several units and those units manage several employees under them. Batch management, cargo management, day to day deliveries, delivery status updates, staff information, user accounts, pick-up schedule, schedule reports, creating and printing invoices and bar code scanning were some of the key features of this web application.

November 12th, 2009ITnovator was proud to be one of the sponsors of Aegis band concert held in Toronto on November 7th. The Aegis Band is recognized as the best OPM band from the Philippines. It is famous for their lead singers’ powerful vocals with hits such as Luha, Halik, and Basang basa sa Ulan.
The proceeds of this event were donated to the noble cause of supporting victims of the recent flood in Philipines on Sep 28, 2009. Tropical Storm Ketsana triggered the worst flooding in decades in the capital Manila and nearby provinces. The flooding has killed at least 246 people.

Annoying Problem at Google AdWords’ My Client Center (MCC)!
September 22nd, 2009It is another day of business. You turned on the computer just to see how well all Google AdWords campaigns were for your clients. After successfully signed into Google My Client Center (MCC), a warning in red caught your attention. It said “You’ve attempted to access a different account. Please sign in to AdWords again…“. You went back signed in again and again. The warning was just like being nailed there, never disappeared. You had checked all possibilities, nothing wrong and nothing could fix it. Unfortunately, you realized you could not access to your client’s account. You called the client to get the administrative account access information. The client was a little impatient and wondering that you were the Google AdWords expert not him….
Eventually, you decided to talk to Google, the answer from them was “…this is a known issue and it is our engineer’s first priority!” with a silence to the question if there is an estimated date to solve it.
